Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Request: Please take clear photos of the item(s) and email them to cs.sounion@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, our Customer Service team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

4. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

5. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
