What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return Request: Please take clear photos of the item(s) and email them to cs.sounion@gmail.com with your order number.
- Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, our Customer Service team will provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
